Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSCAR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSCAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with OSCAR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSCAR-to-partner and partner-to-OSCAR results are reported.
