The most reproducible OSBPL9P5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GRIP1_S43, GRIP1_S847, and ARHGAP35_S1174. Each is linked with OSBPL9P5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL9P5-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL9P5 results are reported.
