The most reproducible OSBPL9P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vacuolar acidification, Vesicle localization, and Regulation of nucleocytoplasmic transport. Each is linked with OSBPL9P1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL9P1-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL9P1 results are reported.
