Across TCGA cell cohorts, OSBPL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OSBPL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L6, GDF2, and C2orf42. Each is linked with OSBPL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL3-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL3 results are reported.
