OSBPL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSBPL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,629 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSBPL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PUM1, YTHDF1, and SMG1. Each is linked with OSBPL2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL2-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSBPL2 versus PUM1 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSBPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSBPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
