OSBPL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSBPL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,099 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSBPL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB22A, VAPB, and YTHDF1. Each is linked with OSBPL2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL2-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSBPL2 versus RAB22A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSBPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSBPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
