Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSBPL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,883 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OSBPL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPD52L2, GID8, and RAB22A. Each is linked with OSBPL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL2-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSBPL2 versus TPD52L2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSBPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSBPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
