Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, OSBPL1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 559 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OSBPL1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCN2, OR13D1, and SMIM23. Each is linked with OSBPL1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL1A-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCN2 grouped by OSBPL1A-low versus OSBPL1A-high in URINARY_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSBPL1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSBPL1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
