Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, OSBPL1A mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,967 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OSBPL1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF2, MYO15A, and ABCA5. Each is linked with OSBPL1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL1A-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHF2 grouped by OSBPL1A-low versus OSBPL1A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSBPL1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSBPL1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
