OSBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 9,542 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAH10, ZNF536, and SORCS1. Each is linked with OSBP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBP-to-partner and partner-to-OSBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAH10 grouped by OSBP-low versus OSBP-high in COAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
