Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSBP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,663 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are GJC1, TMX2, and TIMP2. Each is linked with OSBP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBP-to-partner and partner-to-OSBP results are reported.
