Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSBP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1_p_S217_S221, Notch1, and PKC-b-II_pS660. Each is linked with OSBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBP-to-partner and partner-to-OSBP results are reported.
