OS9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OS9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,699 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OS9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PIP4K2C, P4HA1, and BRPF1_S860. Each is linked with OS9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OS9-to-partner and partner-to-OS9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OS9 versus PIP4K2C in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OS9→partner) and Y-score (partner→OS9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
