Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OS9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,394 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OS9-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEL1L, PPARG, and STX7. Each is linked with OS9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OS9-to-partner and partner-to-OS9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OS9 versus SEL1L in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OS9→partner) and Y-score (partner→OS9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
