Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OS9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,638 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OS9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR103A1, RNU6-1216P, and OR2F1. Each is linked with OS9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OS9-to-partner and partner-to-OS9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR103A1 grouped by OS9-low versus OS9-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OS9→partner) and Y-score (partner→OS9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
