Across TCGA patient cohorts, OS9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OS9-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, p62 Lck ligand, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with OS9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OS9-to-partner and partner-to-OS9 results are reported.
