Across TCGA cell cohorts, OS9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,505 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OS9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane, Negative regulation of respiratory burst involved in inflammatory response, and Negative regulation of respiratory burst. Each is linked with OS9 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OS9-to-partner and partner-to-OS9 results are reported.
