ORMDL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORMDL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 245 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORMDL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR75-ASB3, ARL2BPP7, and OR6C64P. Each is linked with ORMDL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORMDL2-to-partner and partner-to-ORMDL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR75-ASB3 grouped by ORMDL2-low versus ORMDL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORMDL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORMDL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
