Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,303 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ORM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYVE1, IL6, and SERPINE1. Each is linked with ORM1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORM1-to-partner and partner-to-ORM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
