ORM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ORM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6N1, KRTAP5-6, and KRTAP4-12. Each is linked with ORM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORM1-to-partner and partner-to-ORM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
