Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ORC5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ORC5 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ORC5 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ORC5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, OV, and DLBC are the cancer types where ORC5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
