Across TCGA cell cohorts, ORC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,451 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORC5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription termination, Peptidyl-glutamic acid carboxylation, and Protein carboxylation. Each is linked with ORC5 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORC5-to-partner and partner-to-ORC5 results are reported.
