ORC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ORC5 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGC-CBP30, CDK9_5576, and BDILV000379a. Each is linked with ORC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORC5-to-partner and partner-to-ORC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SGC-CBP30 grouped by ORC5-low versus ORC5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
