ORC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,142 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PM20D2, SCAF8, and SYNCRIP. Each is linked with ORC3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORC3-to-partner and partner-to-ORC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ORC3 versus PM20D2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
