ORC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ORC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,815 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNCRIP, RARS2, and RNGTT. Each is linked with ORC3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORC3-to-partner and partner-to-ORC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ORC3 versus SYNCRIP in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
