Across TCGA cell cohorts, ORC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,908 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORC3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromosome segregation, Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, and Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle. Each is linked with ORC3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORC3-to-partner and partner-to-ORC3 results are reported.
