Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ORC2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ORC2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher ORC2 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ORC2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and PDAC show a favorable association.

GBM, PDAC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where ORC2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
