ORC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,376 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FARSB, RPIA, and NOP58. Each is linked with ORC2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORC2-to-partner and partner-to-ORC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ORC2 versus FARSB in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
