Across TCGA cell cohorts, ORC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,032 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Replication fork processing, DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity, and DNA replication. Each is linked with ORC2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORC2-to-partner and partner-to-ORC2 results are reported.
