ORC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,245 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP198, LINC01533, and TRBV7-9. Each is linked with ORC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORC1-to-partner and partner-to-ORC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP198 grouped by ORC1-low versus ORC1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
