Across TCGA cell cohorts, ORC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,007 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle, and Regulation of cell cycle checkpoint. Each is linked with ORC1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORC1-to-partner and partner-to-ORC1 results are reported.
