ORAI3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORAI3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,449 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORAI3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHKG2, RABEP2, and SPCS3. Each is linked with ORAI3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORAI3-to-partner and partner-to-ORAI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ORAI3 versus PHKG2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORAI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORAI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
