ORAI3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORAI3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 81 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORAI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-775P, OR5F2P, and RNU6-777P. Each is linked with ORAI3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORAI3-to-partner and partner-to-ORAI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-775P grouped by ORAI3-low versus ORAI3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORAI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORAI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
