ORAI2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORAI2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,707 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORAI2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CSNK1A1, PDAP1, and PDE4DIP. Each is linked with ORAI2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORAI2-to-partner and partner-to-ORAI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ORAI2 versus CSNK1A1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORAI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORAI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
