Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORAI2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,934 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ORAI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL37AP8, NUDT11, and RPL23AP18. Each is linked with ORAI2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORAI2-to-partner and partner-to-ORAI2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ORAI2 versus RPL37AP8 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORAI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORAI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
