ORAI1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORAI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,900 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORAI1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMPO, SRSF9, and PGAM5. Each is linked with ORAI1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORAI1-to-partner and partner-to-ORAI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ORAI1 versus TMPO in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORAI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORAI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
