ORAI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORAI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 119 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORAI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP169, FTMT, and C1orf68. Each is linked with ORAI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORAI1-to-partner and partner-to-ORAI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP169 grouped by ORAI1-low versus ORAI1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORAI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORAI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
