Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR9I2P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR9I2P expression is associated with patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in MESO. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR9I2P is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, OR9I2P RNA expression shows 5,787 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Together, these results highlight MESO, KIRC, and UCEC as cancer lineages where OR9I2P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
