The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher OR9I1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR9I1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, LIHC, and LUSC are the cancer types where OR9I1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
