OR9G4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR9G4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR9G4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALMS1, PSG8, and SEC14L1. Each is linked with OR9G4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR9G4-to-partner and partner-to-OR9G4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ALMS1 grouped by OR9G4-low versus OR9G4-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR9G4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR9G4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
