OR9G2P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR9G2P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,345 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR9G2P-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR9G4, RPL5P21, and USH2A-AS2. Each is linked with OR9G2P in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR9G2P-to-partner and partner-to-OR9G2P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR9G2P versus OR9G4 in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR9G2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR9G2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
