OR9A4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR9A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,053 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR9A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2M2, GK2, and GAGE12J. Each is linked with OR9A4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR9A4-to-partner and partner-to-OR9A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR9A4 versus OR2M2 in CNS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.14.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR9A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR9A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
