OR9A4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR9A4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR9A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR14A16, OR8B3, and MEP1A. Each is linked with OR9A4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR9A4-to-partner and partner-to-OR9A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR14A16 grouped by OR9A4-low versus OR9A4-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR9A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR9A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
