OR9A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR9A2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR9A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, FOXO3a, and Gab2. Each is linked with OR9A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR9A2-to-partner and partner-to-OR9A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT3_pY705 grouped by OR9A2-low versus OR9A2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR9A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR9A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
