Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR8I4P RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR8I4P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher OR8I4P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR8I4P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and KIRC are the cancer types where OR8I4P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
