Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR8G7P RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR8G7P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher OR8G7P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR8G7P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.

COAD, UCS, and THYM are the cancer types where OR8G7P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
