Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR8G2P mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR8G2P-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, ACC1, and HER3_pY1289. Each is linked with OR8G2P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR8G2P-to-partner and partner-to-OR8G2P results are reported.
