The most reproducible OR8D2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion, Tie signaling pathway, and mRNA alternative polyadenylation. Each is linked with OR8D2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR8D2-to-partner and partner-to-OR8D2 results are reported.
