Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR8D2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,541 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR8D2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGAP1, ADCY2, and DLGAP4. Each is linked with OR8D2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR8D2-to-partner and partner-to-OR8D2 results are reported.
