The most reproducible OR7G2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, rRNA transcription, and Organelle inheritance. Each is linked with OR7G2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR7G2-to-partner and partner-to-OR7G2 results are reported.
